Flow and Reset: Mindful Movement for Winter Renewal
January and February invite us inward—a time to slow down, recalibrate, and begin again with intention. Flow and Reset is a mindful movement practice designed to help you release accumulated tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your breath as you move through the heart of winter.
This class blends smooth, flowing sequences with moments of pause and awareness, allowing space to reset the nervous system and gently re-energize the body. Expect intentional transitions, grounding postures, and mindful pacing that support mobility, strength, and ease—without rushing or force.
Through breath-led movement, present-moment awareness, and thoughtful alignment, Flow and Reset offers an opportunity to clear what no longer serves you and create space for clarity, steadiness, and renewal. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and supported as you move into the new year with purpose and calm.
All levels welcome. Options and modifications are offered to honor your unique body and practice.

Begin your weekend with an uplifting All Flow Yoga practice that energizes the body and clears the mind. This breath-led, fluid class weaves together mindful transitions, strength-building sequences, and easeful stretches to support flexibility, balance, and grounded vitality. Moving at a steady, inviting pace, the practice is accessible to all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout. Arrive on your mat, tune into your breath, and flow into Saturday feeling centered, strong, and renewed.

Connect with friends and family with a private session. Anjali is now offering opportunities for you to connect with friends and family across the U.S. in the privacy of your own home. Simply choose a date and time that works for you and she will create a Zoom link and send it to your family and friends. Easy peasy!
