With spring comes a natural shift toward the light—a time to wake up the body, release winter’s heaviness, and set seeds of intention for the season ahead. In this series, we’ll move through practices that reflect the energy of early spring, gradually opening, building warmth, and inviting renewal. Classes will include heart-opening movements, flowing transitions, Sun Salutations, supportive lunges, and gentle twists to encourage circulation, ease the spine, and refresh the body. Together we’ll explore fluid, adaptable movement inspired by the water element, creating a practice that feels uplifting, energizing, and supportive as we step into the new season.

All levels welcome. Options and modifications are offered to honor your unique body and practice.

I just have to say... I love your class. I didn’t know whether I would like yoga by zoom, but I do!! Here are a few reasons why: I see you!; and a great little tribe; I can fart and no one will hear it; my feet can stink and no one will smell them; I can wear pajamas; my sick dog can join me when she wants to (we curled up together for shivasana today).
