Prepare to invigorate your body and stimulate your digestive fire with a sequence of detoxifying twist poses, aiding in the release of stagnant energy. Finally, we'll cultivate deep inner strength and further support detoxification through focused core engagement, exploring poses like Boat Pose to ignite your vital energy from within.

Simply choose a date and time that works for you and she will create a Zoom link and send it to your family and friends. Easy peasy!
